Breath Of Fire is a docuseries following rise and fall of Guru Jagat while exploring the history and origins of Kundalini yoga and it’s infamous founder Yogi Bajan. And/Or was tasked with creating the cinematic opening titles, infographic based interstitials, and archival footage treatment and annotation style.

Motion Principals

Our challenge was to develop two different styles, able to work in tandem, but tailored to either emotional or informational needs. The emotional and cinematic side relied heavily on light leaks, focal shifts, and textural footage, while the informational referenced device ux and the connected landscape of digital news and social media.
